We will send you a two-page Business Profile containing limited information on businesses we have been retained to sell that meet your criteria along with a Confidentiality Agreement. If after you review the Business Profile you determine you would like to obtain detailed reports to evaluate the purchase of the business, execute the Confidentiality Agreement and return it us. To avoid a conflict of interest, Business Intermediary Services, Ltd. never represents a buyer and a seller in the same transaction.

If we do not have a business for sale that meets your criteria, we will open a file and contact you when we do or you can retain Business Intermediary Services, Ltd. to conduct a search.
