For more than 30 years the company has manufactured “sheet metal” and “half heavy” parts for OEMs in the construction industry (fenders, covers, plates, bracket, supports, fuel and hydraulic tanks etc.) and agricultural industry (chassis and general sheet metal, etc.). The company is ISO9001-2000 by BVQI.

The company currently employs approximately 800 at its two manufacturing facilities located in the state of São Paulo. One facility is 161,500 square feet (15.000 square meters) located on 4.5 acres (18,200 square meters). The other facility is 559,700 square feet (52,000 square meters) located on 31.1 acres (126,000 square meters).

The major metal cutting equipment includes Bystronic and Trumpf CNC laser machines to cut steel, stainless steel and aluminum; CNC oxi-fuel machines and CNC plasma machines to cut steel plate. Additional equipment includes milling machines, metal bending machines, pipe bending machines and both manual and robotic welding machines. The company’s painting capabilities include: liquid paint, e-coat and powder coating.

In 2008 the company had pre tax income of R$14.4 million (US$6.0 million) on gross revenues of R$148 million (US$62.1 million) (US$1.00 = R$2.38). The percentage of revenues of the company’s four largest customers in 2008 was 75%, 12%, 9%, and 4%. Revenue by industry in 2008 was approximately: 45% construction equipment; 45% agricultural machines; and 10% other. Much of the company’s production is indirectly exported – the OEMs manufacture and assemble their machinery and equipment in Brasil and export it worldwide.
